Music not what you expected:
If you are not happy with your CD, call or email our customer service department and one of our friendly customer service agents will assist you.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product, please return it immediately. We will be glad to replace it with the same item, plus a gift for the inconvenience.
Incorrect Shipments:
